Our room was ready for check-in even though we arrived early. The location was perfect, 5-minute walk to the train station, convenience stores nearby, and plenty of cafes to choose from. The cafe attached to the hotel was great for breakfast. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel.

The hotel is excellently located, just a couple of minutes' walk from Nishishinjuku station on the Marunouchi line and close to Shinjuku station and many transport options. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern with useful facilities like mini-fridges, microwaves and kettles. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are laundry facilities available.
The rooms, although modern and comfortable, are a bit on the small side and may feel cramped.

This hotel in a vibrant area was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Plus, the affordable rates made it great value for money.
No major complaints, everything was just fine.
